Emergency Call-Out Service

Sometimes you may require a will, Lasting Power of Attorney or another document prepared urgently due to various circumstances. This may be because of rapidly deteriorating physical or mental health.

In these circumstances, it is important that you seek urgent advice and take action without delay. This is because once a person’s health deteriorates past a certain point, they may have very limited time in which they are able to provide sufficient instructions for action to be taken. Also, a person cannot take any action if they do not have sufficient mental capacity for it.

We offer an emergency call-out service where this is required. This includes visiting the person at home or a care home or a hospital.
